Hello! First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn’t good. At Lingokids, we want to make sure that every Lingokids employee feels comfortable working with us and sharing their concerns with the rest of the team. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us so that we can have an open conversation about your review, as this would really help us to improve. However, we’re a bit puzzled about your comment regarding asking our employees to write fake reviews. We’d like to emphasize and clarify that we’ve never done so and we don’t believe it’s ethically correct. We do, though, encourage them to give feedback about us, whether it be positive or negative, as we're always open to and grateful for suggestions that can help us be better.
