      Cons

      Zero Mangment, will use you as much they can, not pay well at all. All employees at the warehouse behave like monsters. None of the employees is full educated including the supervisor

      -Pay based on work- More you work More you earn -Company vehical -Skills learned - Customer Service/Basic Comm Tools

      Cons

      -Outside Work, can get v.diff in the winters. -No fixed hours,If company has work only then they will call you for work -Low per Hour rate considering the job.
