Pros
The product itself when it works is actually very good and has attracted a broad client base.
Cons
The CTO (also CEO) once said to me on the phone how data protection, GDPR, and data laws do not apply to him. At this point it is when I knew what I had believed and had to leave. I think it has been stated in previous reviews there is a very odd dynamic between the CEO and CMO who are also a couple. If they're having a good day together everything runs smoothly if not then you're definitely in for some entertainment/ decisions changing every 5 mins. Whatever targets and role you are set to begin with will 100% change in your first 2 weeks of being at the company and so will your compensation. You can exceed your previous agreed targets, told its not good enough and then have your targets/KPI's changed to focus on something else. I know of a case where someones role had been technical account management and changed to a pure commission, sales role where the individual had no prior experience of sales but a great knowledge of his specialism. The storage of data is not well structured from contracts, contact details and CRM. Spreadsheets are created to allow sales people who are "too busy" to have their work handled by someone who just cleans up everyone mess. As a salesperson minimum expectation should be to look after your own CRM and create notes that other people can refer to. There a clients personal cell phone numbers as well as other details left on google sheets. During my time there, someone was sacked who was an EXPERT in their domain had closed a deal (the CEO was unaware the deal had closed before firing the person for not closing a deal, as the CRM is so poorly used) for a sizeable sum. This account was then was handed to two people with no experience in that field bar a two hour youtube course. The lack of training and resources for new employees results in the saloon doors of staff leaving. No one is there to deliver training, and those that are employed to do so are fired because their KPI's have changed into something away from training and not told.
