This was my first job. I was brought in and essentially hired on the spot, not entirely sure what I was in for. As I'm moving into a new position I am realizing how terribly this company treats its employees. Most other low voltage techs make upwards of $25 an hour and have better benefits. This position will work you to the bone and continue asking for more. Not to mention this is NOT truly a technician position, this is absolutely a sales position, if you slip up on sales you don't get priority from your team / FSO.
