      food, folks, and fun! peers are supportive, management has open door policy, and the Linkedin culture is one of a kind! employees get rewarded (aka: free iPad!)

      Cons

      hiring exponentially that sometimes it seems like there's desperation behind the types of candidates we hire so more research and references should be called out.

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
