No PFs, No Employee Perks, No Benefits, No proper team-collaboration, No career advancement, Leadership team are not up to the mark, Smallest office

The work Culture is very friendly and supportive. The Whole team helped me a lot to improve my work and they have provided everything which is required for my work(accessories). I Joined here as a fresher and learned a lot from all the team members and never left pressurized. Team members took the stand to help out if there is any difficulties. They have lots of refreshment plans. Overall I would say this is the best organisation which I would prefer anyone to go ahead with.
