Unfortunately, my time here was marked by a lack of respect and professionalism at the leadership level. The owner exhibits poor leadership skills, regularly belittling and undermining employees, which creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment. I’ve also witnessed a pattern of hiring practices that seem to take advantage of vulnerable interns and employees, offering little in return for their hard work.
The company’s leadership appears to prioritize control and exploitation over employee development. The CEO’s focus on productivity seems solely driven by profit, with little regard for employee growth or well-being. Pay increases are tied to subjective and unhelpful assessments, rather than meaningful contributions to the company. Additionally, the tracking and input systems used to monitor work hours are chaotic and, at times, difficult to navigate.
While the company’s operations may be legal in some respects, there are significant concerns regarding workplace culture, management practices, and the treatment of employees. It’s clear that the company is more focused on its bottom line than fostering a positive and supportive environment for its team.
