      Pros

      Caring employer that values the welfare of its employees. They offer interesting and varied work. They allow for personal responsibility and while employees are stretched they are not 'micro managed'. As part of a global corporation, Linx offers lots of worldwide opportunities for the career minded.

      Cons

      While the Cambridgeshire area has lots of places of interest, it is an expensive and crowded location. Location is not centralised and so is not ideal for connection to other parts of the country.

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
