Friendly staff, great discounts, supportive management

It takes a while to get to full time

- you are able to kick out customers if they make you uncomfortable, are aggressive, etc (this is usually not the case for most retail jobs) - a lot of downtime usually -interesting merchandise -had heard that other locations have had better management, better coworkers and better commission but that was not my situation

- Long hours and it's usually pretty dead -Working weekends, nights (till 1 am), holidays, and even during storms -terrible upper management -pretends to be HR friendly but being "on guard" for shoplifting for most associates and managers means racially profiling. -some of the most inappropriate, rude, and invasive clientle -lazy management and anti-union enforcement on every level -bigotry and unprofessional on every level, they think because of the kind of job we have it's okay to just blurt all your personal opinions.
