With a clear strategy to be a market leader there are plenty of opportunities for stretch roles and projects and young investment talent is able to move to where it is best suited.

Decent salary and work life balance. Used to have the ability to be free thinking and manage your clients. This worked extremely well under the previous head of sales. Now the focus is sell what they think is good rather than what the market wants.

Under the new head of sales, one size must fit all. Everyone looks the same, they are all mates and everyone is under 40. There is no room to bring ideas or experience to the team. Anyone outside of London or part of the inner ‘mate’ circle has either been let go or out soon.
