Pros
This position with the ETS department is nice as a backup whenever you need a position and some extra hours. The coworkers are also nice. Management is a little odd but you dont have to interact much
Cons
The pay is so low, and the hours revolve around the college. Working sports is quite consistent , but the classroom gigs are short.
