Decent job to work for - Mechanic Helper Liquid Transport Employee Review

I’m a new truck driving graduate. They gave me quite a few chances, but I needed more time to be a tanker driver.

Hundred dollars per day for training. No reimbursement for TWIC card, still toe boots, or tuition reimbursement. They make you wait to get clothing until you pass the probationary period.

Easy & you can wear headphones

Lack of communication. They communicate with your temp agency and not you about hiring, so you have no say or negotiations in the matter. They'll refuse to give you a raise after being hired even though they pay the temp agency for you. You are not eligible for one until one year. You get 0 sick days and vacation. The insurance sucks. No real training, just told if you do something wrong. This job should be worked from home, but it's not an option. No room for growth here until leaders start retiring or croaking. Crazy high turn over due to all things listed.
