No pros. Friendly to your face but behind the curtain is backstabbing.

Pay is submarket, benefits are marginal, strategy is a joke, ran by boomers that do not believe in work life balance. No new hire training, running a company on google sheets, expected to perform the jobs of 3-5 people, Seems to be on the brink of not making payroll on a regular basis.

I don't see any pro here

no career path and not a friendly environment. No work life balance at all
