Great people to work for/with

Unpredictable schedule that changes on a weekly basis.

Fun co-workers and store level management. the employee discount is only ok (20%) You do get the option of benefits (full time employees only) but they are at your expense and not the greatest coverage! It is a great place to shop for an employee, some of the deals really are great, and you do get first dibs on the savings!

Upper management are way to demanding! The policies change daily as well as all of the new day to day procedures and expectations! Hours are cut to a bare minimum, but yet the work load seems to keep climbing higher as each day goes on! Great for a single student that need the extra money, but if you value any family or social time, forget it! By the time your work day is done, you are way too spent and stressed to do anything but park your ass on the couch and pass out!
