Pros
Good benefits / time off. Good work / life balance (depending on dept.) Modern offices with strong internal IT support. Central location for easy commute.
Cons
Culture is broken here. Turn-over is way to high. No promotion from within; constant hiring from outside. Bonuses have gone down year over year. Moving to annual bonus structure will only make things worse. Low base salaries with rare opportunity for raise. Management has no idea what's going on.
