Pros
- Hybrid work culture. 3 days from office, 2 days from home. Sometimes you can work from home for more than 2 days as well. Not an issue at all. - Salary on time always. - Macbook for all software developers. - Not much of work pressure if you are talented.
Cons
- The HR team at this company is utterly useless. It's frustrating trying to get any form of communication from them. Messages go unanswered, and phone calls are ignored. Their lack of responsiveness shows a complete disregard for employee concerns and inquiries. - A select few individuals consistently receive preferential treatment, enjoying privileges that remain out of reach for the rest of the employees. - Valuable contributions often go unnoticed. -The expectation to provide hourly updates on tasks often disrupts work and may not accurately reflect the quality of effort invested. -It's fascinating how time suddenly becomes a priority when work is involved, yet it mysteriously vanishes when it comes to addressing employee increments. -It's quite evident that some individuals holding senior positions might not possess the qualities or skills necessary for effective leadership.
