I am surprised people still continue to work with her. It is a known fact that this company is probably one of the worst in the industry to work for. They must have removed all the bad reviews over the years becuase there should be more here. What words can I use : Abusive to ALL employees unless you like being a puppet. Around 2003 this place really started to go down hill. Even before. There were reports of abuse within the marriage and with employees. There were so many law suits against her you couldn't count on one hand. Please don't even think about working with Lisa Frank. There are much better companies to work for and who will appreciate the work you do.
