They pay well that's about it

They treat their employees like trash playing favorites to people who don't actually work while forcing others to pick up their slack. All while getting bad parts contently with same problems that don't get fix. Lastly they dont care about their employees you get hurt and end up on light duty they don't follow it and when you tell th it goes against the light duty they look atyou like your dumb and ask you if that is what the doctor really meant (ex. When I slipped on some ice and hurt my back I couldn't do any repetitive bending I was put on a job that required relative bending I told them they got they safety guy to come by and he said well is that what your doctor meant was sent back to the doctors to get a update on my light duty this happens more than once) Also thier been over 20 different lawsuits just on the Gorman in shipping for sexual and non sexual herassment not to mention another 20 on the old HR manager for the same so yeah not a good place to work was there for 8 years not worth it
