Pros
I worked with a lot of wonderful people there in every department. From photographers, editors and MLS, they were all very friendly and always willing to help get a job done. I really enjoyed the customers, too. Most are realtors and so grateful for everything we did for them. Upper management is very nice and encourages coming to them with any issue. Any of them will get on the phone with a customer without hesitation. Also, they are great about backing up his employees with nightmare customers. They go above and beyond to make things work for the customers but if a customer is being a nightmare, that isn't tolerated.
Cons
#1 issue was the broken online order form that could never get resolved. The customer was always told they were doing something wrong when it came to that. Daily issues and errors that were ongoing and never fixed properly. I.T. department is virtually non-existent and doesn't care about fixing issues. There is an open door policy that is encouraged by upper management but never utilized because employees are constantly in fear of getting fired or other repercussions. The managers have almost daily, hours-long meetings when this time could be better utilized to interact with their teams and boost morale. There is ZERO training yet you will be expected to never make a mistake or you'll be reprimanded - - normally in front of your entire team like you're a five year old. I have never seen anything like it. Every phone call is recorded and these will also be used against you rather than as a training tool. People start with the best attitude and end up getting broken down within weeks. I worked with a lot of wonderful people on my team and most were reduced to tears at least once. Very high turnover as well. Out of my entire team , only one rep was left at the end of my employment.
