      Pros

      Working at LIT has been a great kickstart for my career as an intern. The team was full of young and dynamic people who are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Fully remote which prevents us to meet our workmates, but is good for the pandemic.

      Pros

      they provide good trainings (though it’s self taught), managers are very nice and are willing to guide you, remote

      Cons

      low intern compensation considering the workload (imagine handling 2-3 brands as an intern lol), micromanaging ceo and sometimes is unprofessional when giving comments
