      Pros

      - Worked with some fantastic colleagues - Gained invaluable experience in sales - Selling a car is a very rewarding experience and something to be proud of

      Cons

      - First day and you are just dumped in a dealer and left to work everything out for yourself -Not a real graduate scheme - no support in helping to progress - No monthly reviews like mentioned to look at what can be improved - Achievements don't get recognised but mistakes are made very loud and clear.

We have taken your comments on board and our Graduate Programme is changing - we will be supporting our Graduates with more touchpoints and training along their journey, with a more defined timescale for progression.
