Very Little, they like to make it feel like they have done you a favor but really don't.
Cons
Stop the high staf turnover rates by treating people with respect and not like children, giving payrises that people are owed and deserve. Thinking a "Fundragon" day was a favour, A game of 5 a side doesnt pay the mortgage.
