Pros
Learned a lot, there is a lot of knowledgeable people that work in the corporate division. Opportunities for advancement, lots of stores means lots of positions.
Cons
They no longer care about their employees. Refusing to give raises to already underpaid employees (an assistant office manager or 'DAC' as they call it, capping out @ $23 x hour is absurd in 2025), pay plans for fixed ops change only making it harder to make the same wage you were making 10 years ago, so all employees are overworked trying to meet Lithia's high expectations and make a livable wage.
