4yWe are extremely sorry to hear about your experience. We value all of our employees and even more their feedback. So, we would be very keen to learn more about what specifically transpired and how did you come about feeling shortchanged. By your understanding of what it is we do, I believe you could be a fresher/new joinee and that could be one of the reasons why you don’t have a clear understanding of what it is that we do as a company and what it is that we do for our employees, nevertheless we are truly sorry if you didn't get a chance to come to know about the pathbreaking work we do or for that matter the kind of work we do with 'Java Microservices'. While some cite ignorance to be bliss, I also understand how in this case one might feel on the contrary.
But irrespective, we really like to see this addressed, so if you're able, could you please feel free to either use the 'Voice Your Noise' feature over our club portal that empowers all employees at any point in time to raise a concern and see it addressed in less than a fortnight.
Or you could also contact the location HR to discuss anytime. We wish you only the best and hope you soon realize the great lengths we go to, just to make each Litmus7ite special. Again, sorry you feel this way!
