Pros
Dough Maker position required coming in before store opening, since dough was made daily. I found it to be a very calming and fun experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and don't mind waking up early, it might be for you. As long as you get the job done correctly, its smooth sailing. I was also a regular Restaurant Associate. This position requires cross-training. You might be ringing up customers, making pizzas, washing dishes, catching pizzas, preparing food, etc... It's a food service job, so they are looking for reliable people. Come into work on time and do what you have to do. Mostly on the job training.
Cons
You make food, but you are not supposed to eat it. Pay was not the best. Was not allowed to accept tips at this particular establishment. Expect to get busy around holidays, football events, etc...
