      Pay and benefits reduced every quarter for the past 2 years. Insurance one of the worst. No room for advancement or even a raise.

      Small company, employer, and coworkers were like family. Front office super responsive and efficient.

      Cons

      Had to sell therapy services; PT, OT, ST. Continues in business as a Nursing home health.
