      Very supportive office staff for therapists in the field. Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunities for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Sometimes poor management and disorganization within management. Not always clear on why things were being implemented a certain way. Expecting too much work out of people, a major push for productivity.

      Small company, employer, and coworkers were like family. Front office super responsive and efficient.

      Cons

      Had to sell therapy services; PT, OT, ST. Continues in business as a Nursing home health.
