Pros
Full benefits! This is a full service editorial house with a editorial, VFX, sound, and finishing departments. A very cute trendy office. Everyone is friendly and happy to be there which makes working there such an enjoyable experience. The dynamic is unlike any other! Not a single spoiled egg. Its relaxed, everyone does their job and we all would hang out when things were slow. They have a ping pong table, darts, bean bag toss, it all comes out when theres downtime. I've ever worked at such an incredible place where I loved every single person there.
Cons
Not many cons about it. I'd say the biggest con is long hours in office when it's slow. But that's the industry youre signing up for so it should be expected.
