      Monday through Friday with weekends off. Able to work from home or out of town, if necessary, at least for my position.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great. Supervisor at Key West area is very helpful and willing to lend an ear. Getting to work with kids and see them grow up.

      Cons

      Paid holidays would be nice.

      I didnt find any pros working there

      Cons

      My advice would be please look them up. They can not pass a state inspection. Management is about to lose her job so she is firing people left and right trying to save herself.
