Pros

One of the best companies in the preschool space in terms of their growth in the market and their uniqueness in the market.

Cons

Everything is good about the organization, as it has a totally work-oriented culture and is a performance-driven company. However, the most negative aspect of my experience was working under Shephali Kasliwal (Shifaali Kasliwal), who creates a toxic environment for the most capable people. People like her make the culture so toxic that there is no stability in job positions under her. She is skilled at brainwashing people and doesn’t allow anyone to bypass her for anything. She knows how to fake in front of others and presents the work of others as her own. Despite her low qualifications, she did a crash course MBA during COVID. The only notable skill she has is her excellent spoken English.Stalking people on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn is her hobby and she keeps changing her profile and experience on LinkedIn as per the need of the hour. She portrays herself as knowledgeable but actually learns quickly from capable people to present herself as the most intelligent. She manages to overshadow all her shortcomings and makes life demoralizing for those working under her, challenging them both personally and professionally. She interferes in their personal matters despite having no control over her own family and tries to control everyone under her. She lacks respect for her seniors and juniors. She has been lucky to have experienced and capable people working under her, but she creates problems when they try to make their work visible. She lacks the proper way to communicate with people, often not answering calls from colleagues and partners, depending on her mood. Her lack of professionalism is evident when she brings family members onto Zoom calls, forcing us to greet them. She even fabricates stories about her team members to her family, causing undue stress. Actually hired as a basic Sales Manager ( Region Manager), she failed in sales and depended on the operations team to support franchisee schools. She is good at using references to make sales but hasn't achieved new sales herself. She may ask for half of our salary in return of any help we asked her, being the reporting manager. Her focus is more on billing food to the company rather than working as a team, which has led to frequent employee turnover. She picks people in the organization, regardless of the department, to spread negative gossip about others. She is highly insecure and won’t allow anyone to rise above her. She is a gossip queen who falsely claims to have 18 years of experience, with roles such as Corporate Head at Clay for 7 years and Mdm for 4 years, and owning an event management company for 5 years. In reality, she was just a Centre Coordinator at CLAY DLF-1 and previously a call center executive. She is banned from Euro and Kangaroo too as she was thrown in 2 months, as was asked actually to to work. I don’t understand how people like her manage to interview so confidently. Any organization with such a person may severely damage the region she handles.
