Pros
Nice salary and benefits (I had medical, dental, vision, and a 401k that the company contributed to). Transparent, fair, pleasant management. Tiny team has unbelievable amount of grit and determination. Always ready with a joke but also very serious; hard to describe. Appeared to be an extremely stable company though. Also, provided good IT/software when I asked for it.
Cons
Spartan offices. Intense sometimes. Lots of work, no question about it. Anyhow, decided to go into a different field of renewable energy, that's all.
