      There are two types of jobs, one is technical which needs the extream level of programming languages like in python or Machine learning. another one is Audio Transcription, in which you have to verify the audio clips. this job doesn't need any technical knowledge but you should be expert in any regional language like Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, etc.

      Cons

      Almost everything is good in this company.

      Pros

      They are the best people in India in the field of Artificial intelligence. Probably one of the handful of companies in the world who are solving real world problems with AI. Every employee is treated like an owner and has full freedom to do his job. Performance is the only criteria to judge people here.
