      Pros

      The company has a collaborative and supportive culture, where teamwork and mutual respect are consistently encouraged. Leadership is approachable and transparent. There is a strong emphasis on professional growth and development, with plenty of opportunities for training, upskilling, and career progression. LivaNova also promotes a healthy work–life balance, offering flexibility and understanding when it comes to personal commitments. Having a private healthcare is also a bonus!

      Cons

      Remote working can be a bit hard, however LivaNova has been supportive in organising meet up events and allowing to travel to office when possible.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
