- work from home/abroad possibilities - benefits (Urban sport, bvg) - interesting product - english used as a main language

Cons

- poor leadership, toxic environment, managers/ceo never available for a meeting - no diversity, hr ignoring discriminatory and rasist behaviour by senior employees - overspending on business travels - office located in the area that gets dangerous after dark - managers sending work-related e-mails at night and expecting immediate response
