Pros

LiveGlam is a unique company that marries a start up mentality with traditional corporate stability. Everyone has an opportunity here if they are willing to work hard, communicate, and stay on their toes. LiveGlam wants people to understand whats expected of them, have clear cut goals, etc. but also have the ability to utilize their strengths, even if it doesn't fit into the "box" their role dictates. Everything is fast paced, which allows for quick turnaround times on projects and necessary improvements. Creativity is in the air at LiveGlam, even if you're in the "non-creative" departments. Everyone is urged to find solutions, speak their mind, contribute across departments. Big picture focus is just as important as attention to detail; ultimately, we work together to achieve our goals. The people that thrive in this environment have impeccable communication and non-traditional growth views. Growth is a very personal thing at LiveGlam, and those who embrace that will truly succeed personally and professionally.

Cons

There are very few cons at LiveGlam, it really just depends on what you are looking for in a work environment. Patience is key. Because everything is so hands on and focused on the individual, it can take more time for some to settle in. This is because you are part of crafting your own goals, responsibilities, day to day. While we have goals for every person who joins the team, we are also looking to learn from the individual. We want people to contribute, to engage with their role, let us know what they feel is working and what isn't. It might be a bit unsettling for some, but is ultimately motivating and exciting for the right people.
