Pros
Remote work flexibility. Technology has some potential. There are some talented colleagues who genuinely care about doing good work.
Cons
Strongly recommend NOT applying for or working at LiveSwitch, especially within the sales organization. The leadership, particularly the President- Anne, lacks true sales experience or organizational skills, yet is directly responsible for running the team. The role is presented during interviews as an Account Executive position with autonomy, but in reality, it is far closer to a BDR role: high-volume cold calling to poor-quality leads, handing over demos for senior reps, and little to no opportunity to truly own the sales process. Not to mention there is little to no quality training. Expect a heavy focus on activity metrics (calls, spreadsheets, trivial contests) rather than meaningful business development. Strategy often feels reactionary and unprofessional, with little structure to the sales process and a tendency to over-discount deals to force movement. There is very little job stability. Talented employees are let go abruptly, and constructive feedback is not well received. Low morale due to micromanagement, disorganization, and a lack of transparency. If you are considering a sales role here, be aware the expectations set during interviews do not align with the actual day-to-day work. Proceed with caution.
