      Pros

      This company give chance to people to have opportunity to growing up in the company. I started 2 years ago as customer service representative, after one year i passed manager deputy, and after another year i passed manager. I can confirm that bonuses are given if you are a worker ;)

      Cons

      sodexo card would be nice to be add in the benefits ;)

      - The offices and the city of Prague are nice - Some caring colleagues - Career opportunities (if you can accept unhappiness at work) - One of the french sanitary Leader

      Cons

      - No integration on arrival - No organisation - No communication - No management - No training and skills development - No right to make mistakes - Little bonus - Home office allowed - Bad atmosphere in general (teams work in separate areas) - No confidence is given to employees
