      Lunch is provided Gym is provided Transit is provided Option incentives (can't sell as company isn't public, but maybe someday) Flat company (no micromanagement) Lots of responsiblity quickly

      Poorly coordinated (getting better) Market research wasn't done for initial products Budget cutbacks, heavy layoffs Dev teams conflict, hindering progress
