Pros
Throughout the pandemic I've heard a ton of negative feedback from friends on how their employers have communicated to or treated them and I am happy to say that I am not in the same boat! Moving to a fully-remote work life has not been easy on any of us, but the Livewire leadership team has been transparent with decisions and has kept all our jobs safe. Our culture is evolving, what it meant to be part of Livewire culture 12-18 months ago had a lot to do with F2F interactions -- so it's different but still very strong.
Cons
Pre-pandemic I would say work/life balance, but moving to a fully-remote work environment has allowed us all to take back some authority of our own calendars. TBD if it will last when the world returns to the "new normal" - but not a con right now.
