10-14 hour work days without any breaks, staff left on their own, no proper training provided, the more hard working you are the more you will be left by yourself, busy all the times and shouted at if anything goes slightly wrong (not always, but cerntainly in most cases). A lot of two-faced people, who are in position of power. Toxic work environment, problems with pay. Mean managers, who cannot be bothered to help with any problems and are over booking the restaurant, making shifts an absolute chaos and insanity. Overall, this company does not care about their staff at all and are only money oriented. Lack of leadership is very obvious too.
