Things were challenging working from home during Covid. We were definitely not set up for that so it took about a month or two to iron out the kinks. Had some unfortunate turnover during that time as well. But the post covid team is even better that 2019.

It took me a long time to find a place like Lloyd Security. Call having been in sales for large corporations for many years I would become frustrated because everything had to fit into their box and I wasn’t able to solve my customers issues. Lloyd security allows me to find the best technology and apply it to my clients needs versus A one size fits all approach. The people are great and committed two providing Innovative solutions for our clients.

It isn’t a huge corporation so if you enjoy delegating your work to others or require a significant amount of handholding, this isn’t the place for you. If you Enjoy being challenged and have a take care of the customer attitude, you will love it here.
