I'd like to share several key company initiatives that relate to some of the points you have mentioned. We care for and appreciate the voice of the organisation, which is our people. We've deployed a fantastic initiative that allows employees to rate all areas of the company, including leadership anonymously and openly. It truly is anonymous as we used an external platform to guarantee this. Our most recent review process saw the company eNPS rise and it demonstrated positive results in all areas. We'll continue to do this work and listen to all employees, however they wish to share their voice. Our benefits include a Healthcare, performance based bonus, personal learning and development budget, 25 days leave [not including public holidays] a MacBook and also an employee share program. We're proud of the benefits package and it is highly rated and very competitive.
