Pros

Open communication at work place.

1. RTO policy is not planned properly. 2. HR is not aware how to function as HR. 3. Favoritism is very evident. 4. SOPs are present, but can be easily bent 5. Brands comes first before fixing processes. 6. Company engagement activities are decided by HR, without consulting what the employees need firsthand.

Thank you for the open and honest feedback, without Locad is unable to grow and develop. We understand that not everyone's journey with us goes they way we both hoped, we still appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Couple of points on your Cons list. 1, This wasn't strictly an RTO policy as it would suggest, we moved the policy from the existing 2 days to 3 days onsite with 2 WFH. The planning around this is always going to be tricky, but we have put in every measure possible including the extended notice of this change, close to 5 months before it's official. We are supporting everyone as much as possible , including additional allowances for those that need it the most. 2, Of course, this is subjective. I can assure you that the People team are dedicated to doing their best at all times, some are learning and like all people are not perfect. Do you have specific areas in mind? 3, We are a meritocrat environment, everyone has to the opportunity to shine and develop in their work here. Some Locadians are rightfully excelling through hard work and exceptional results. 4 & 5, I would be happy to learn of specific examples you may have, you can reach me at david.gittings@golocad.com to investigate further? 6, We are always open to employee activity suggestions, in either the weekly townhall with the open Q&A, the direct slack channels to founders or people also. As you stated in the Pro's section, open communication is something we work hard to achieve and if anyone has ideas, they can easily approach and suggest for inclusion. The recent team building activities onsite, were a fantastic success and feedback has been exemplary.
