Pros
Great team culture and a shared growth mindset, there is a diverse set of hard-working individuals who are creating an exciting future for Locafy. Since joining I have witnessed a great deal of change for the better, as the business grows it continues to gain momentum and is very exciting to be a part of. I am intrigued by the technology and where it will take the business in the future. Currently, it is a fast-paced, rapid iteration environment which I enjoy, 2022 will be a very interesting year here for sure.
Cons
If you don't like change, probably not the best place to be at the moment, lots of new hires coming on board are providing many opportunities for more feature development/enhancement and also improvements to sales and service delivery. Some processes are still very start-up like. There are lots of MVPs and first time processes, but it is quite the ride if you love getting your hands dirty and being part of the design of something big.
