      It was a fact paced and relatively expensive menu, which allowed decent tips and paychecks. Healthcare was provided.

      Cons

      Management is distant and is obtuse to any of the employee's needs and their suggestions.

      Good pay and great benefits …if and when they have work

      Cons

      Most work is in Louisville or have to travel to other states. When I joined I was told I wouldn’t have to travel more than 30 minutes to work. They lied to get people to join just to pump up their membership numbers. They don’t value family time. It is just about the union and money…family last
