Pros

The things being built are impacting the real world and are used by millions of people. Great work-life balance with unlimited vacation and flex Fridays. Culture at the office is great with good people, coffee, and special treats every week.

Cons

Like other startups, there are ups and downs. Employee counts fluctuated in 2023-2024 for valid reasons, but this affected perceptions of stability. It seems to have been resolved now. Presence of management isn't always good.

Pros

such a nice place to work, super collaborative, a lot of trust and respect, heavy focus on wellness with a lot of demonstrated growth note: most people working here feel lucky to work at a company with integrity and care for their employees

Cons

like any start up, some bumps along the way, but some of that is a function of the market and changes in the industry

Pros

They have great pay/benefits and work life balance.

Cons

Where do I start with this... I was brought on as their first true BDR to help create and implement an outbound sales process. As soon as I got there my role was undefined and disorganized for the first few weeks of onboarding. Finally, they made a decision to switch my direct manager so that I could work closer with marketing. This worked wonderfully and enabled me to accomplish the tasks at hand. We were successful in implementing the new process and began to see dividends from our work despite no clear direction or assistance from C Suite and our VPs, and the product team not putting out working solutions. Suddenly, they then decided to terminate my position with out warning due to a "realignment" and offered me one week severance pay. My former manager disgusted by how I was treated then left in response. Additionally, they then decided to "fire" the VP that made the decision to let me go and reopen the position for BDR a few months later. If you decided to take this position be cautious and document everything because they can not be trusted and will blame you for problems that are way outside your realm of control.
