Pros

-Best work-life balance I’ve experienced. There’s a high level of trust across the company. As long as you’re doing your job and delivering, no one is micromanaging or breathing down your neck. It creates a very healthy, low-stress work environment. - Real ownership and room for growth. I was able to grow into a role I wasn’t originally hired for simply by taking initiative. That initiative was recognized and rewarded. There’s genuine opportunity to shape your path here if you’re proactive. - Leadership genuinely cares. This isn’t lip service. Leadership cares about results, but they also care about people as individuals. I’ve never felt like “just a number.” There’s a strong culture of respect and support. - Collaborative, smart team. People want to help each other succeed. There’s very little ego, and a lot of shared ambition. - Fast-moving and impactful. If you like being in an environment where your work actually matters and you can see the impact quickly, this is it.

Cons

- Startup pace and shifting priorities. Like any startup, priorities can shift as the company moves quickly to capitalize on opportunities. This can require flexibility and comfort with ambiguity. - Processes are evolving. Not everything is perfectly structured yet, and sometimes we’re building the plane while flying it. That said, the team is self-aware and actively working to improve. - You need to be proactive. This isn’t an environment where you’ll be handed a rigid roadmap. It rewards initiative — which is a pro for some, but could be challenging if you prefer very defined structures.

Pros

such a nice place to work, super collaborative, a lot of trust and respect, heavy focus on wellness with a lot of demonstrated growth note: most people working here feel lucky to work at a company with integrity and care for their employees

Cons

like any start up, some bumps along the way, but some of that is a function of the market and changes in the industry

Pros

They have great pay/benefits and work life balance.

Cons

Where do I start with this... I was brought on as their first true BDR to help create and implement an outbound sales process. As soon as I got there my role was undefined and disorganized for the first few weeks of onboarding. Finally, they made a decision to switch my direct manager so that I could work closer with marketing. This worked wonderfully and enabled me to accomplish the tasks at hand. We were successful in implementing the new process and began to see dividends from our work despite no clear direction or assistance from C Suite and our VPs, and the product team not putting out working solutions. Suddenly, they then decided to terminate my position with out warning due to a "realignment" and offered me one week severance pay. My former manager disgusted by how I was treated then left in response. Additionally, they then decided to "fire" the VP that made the decision to let me go and reopen the position for BDR a few months later. If you decided to take this position be cautious and document everything because they can not be trusted and will blame you for problems that are way outside your realm of control.
