      Everyone was really welcoming when I joined. There's a really supportive culture where everyone is all pulling in the same direction and all work together to get the best outcome for our Clients. Way different from what I've experienced before

      Great product with thoughtful, deliberate, customer-friendly architecture Great leadership who are genuinely excited to take conversations and feedback from any employee Great team who hustle and demand a lot, but know how to respect boundaries Great partnership with AWS Pay/benefits are at or slightly above industry standards Fantastic near and mid term company outlook

      Cons

      Small teams working across global timezones can be difficult and demanding, especially during sprints. A lot of work to be done on internal workflows and structures to minimize employee overhead
