Pros
Local SEO Search is a great place to work with amazing people. I am able to work remotely which helps to make my schedule more flexible and alleviates time wasted traveling daily. This allows me to spend more time with my family. John and Roger are both helpful and understanding. They're a pleasure to work with and create a fun and inspiring workplace.
Cons
Working from home can take a bit of getting used to. You have to find how to motivate yourself and how it works best for you. I find it best to schedule out my times during the day and to also schedule breaks for myself every hour or so to keep keep me focused.
