      Lambertville is a nice town

      The fact that the last two positive reviews are written by owners should tell you something about this company. Notice the call out to the owners. Anyone that’s not a owner knows they lack vision, honesty, and any leadership skills. This is a warning to anyone looking to work here, please beware. The CEO’s lack of any skill has unfortunately burned the company to the ground.

      Pros

      Management is very flexible with employee needs and really cares about work life balance. They do their best to listen to employee concerns and fix issues. The culture is very much a "work family" one where everyone will pitch in to help you out if you need it. I loved working here. It was one of the best jobs I ever had.

      I really don't have anything negative to share about my time at Local Wisdom.
